We were first established in 1999 and quickly became the place to go to enjoy the freshest seafood and the finest grilled Saskatchewan fillets cooked over a wood fired grill. We feature recipes inspired from around the globe: France, Asia, India, Spain and now a monthly world tour specialty menu.

Voted Western Canada's number one restaurant in Western Living Magazine and the best restaurant in Regina by people's choice in the Prairie Dog Magazine. The Mediterranean Bistro has made a name for itself by introducing big city flavours at small town prices. We invite all parties, never to large or small. Our south side of the restaurant accommodates larger parties with a semi private dining experience.

Our kitchen is equipped to cater private functions: Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversary Parties and Corporate Functions. Our catering menu can be adjusted to your exact needs.

Our restaurant is presented in an elegant Bistro style to enhance the evenings presentations. We make dining out an experience of food, service and art.

Our philosophy is to bring you the finest dining experience, with emphasis on our fresh seafood from around the world, organic triple A beef and service that is second to none.
